Rice Lake Speedway Canceled; Doubleheader Set For Holiday Weekend

Rice Lake WI, June 24 – Races scheduled Saturday night at the Rice Lake Speedway were canceled. At press time, no decision has been made available on when the postponed five feature races from June 17th will be held and when Kid's Night, with the bicycle giveaways, will be rescheduled to. That information should be first available at either the speedway website at www.ricelakespeedway.net or through the speedway face book page.

Up next on the speedway schedule is a holiday racing doubleheader. On Saturday, July 1st, racing will be held in four classes with the Modifieds having the night off. A Super Stock special is listed for that night. Then, on Monday night, July 3rd, one of the most highly anticipated events of the year will take place. It will be the Firecracker special, highlighted by a full racing program in all five divisions plus the track's famous fireworks display. This is always a must see event yearly and spectators are encouraged to arrive early on that night to secure their favorite seats.
